How to assemble
★ 1. Inflate the balloon with a pump and fasten it. Supports air and helium. Do not fill the balloon to avoid sunburn or overheating. (80% will be perfect)
★ 2. Measure the balloon strip and cut it to the required length, leaving extra space at each end for later hanging decorations.
★ 3. Pull out the latex balloon knot through the belt hole.
★ 4. Change the decoration band of the balloon into the shape you want.
